I've struggled with anxiety and bipolar disorder for a long time, and nothing seemed to help. But then, my doctor suggested trying something called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I was skeptical at first, but I gave it a shot. And you know what? It really worked! Talking to my therapist and learning new ways to handle my thoughts and feelings made a huge difference. I feel more in control now and better able to deal with my ups and downs. CBT gave me hope and showed me that things can get better, even when it feels like they won't.
